On the Selling/Leasing page there is a new document for use if you are selling and/or leasing your unit.  This form is to be completed and returned to Karla prior to either a sale and/or lease.  There is a link to download form for printing. The Board will review the completed form and I will then advise you if there are any issues with the application.
It is a simple form and will help the Association track activity and enable us to receive proper information prior to a sale or lease.
