Paving Seclusion Drive

We are repaving Seclusion Drive.  This work will commence on Monday, July 8th, and is scheduled to be completed by Friday, July 12th.   The contractor will return the following week to restripe the road. We understand that this may cause some temporary inconveniences.

The plan is as follows:
1) July 8 (Monday) & July 9 (Tues) –  Mill the road (remove the asphalt to the base), starting with the short section between Country Club Dr. & Taxiway Cessna and then moving over to the long section.  There will be one-way traffic with flagmen. Please note that this is a temporary inconvenience, and we anticipate that cars could possibly have a 10-minute delay at times during the milling of the road (mainly affects the Seclusion Dr. residents trying to go to or leave their homes where they are milling by your respective driveways).  You can drive on the road after it is milled (asphalt is removed).

2) July 10 (Wed.) & 11 (Thur.) –  Paving the road, starting with the short section between Country Club Dr. & Taxiway Cessna and then moving over to the long section. There will be one-way traffic with flagmen. Please note that this is a temporary inconvenience, and we anticipate that cars could possibly have a 30-minute delay at times due to tar being applied before the asphalt is laid down (mainly affects the Seclusion Dr. residents trying to go to or leave their homes in the area where they are paving by your respective driveways).  Please DO NOT drive on the wet tar!  Once paved, please follow instructions from the flagman.

3)July 12 (Friday)  –  Cleanup

For the residents that live along Seclusion Drive, during the milling & repaving, we respectfully request that you inform your weekly vendors (landscape, pool, maid, etc.) of this paving project and to plan ahead and refrain from parking on the road, as this will cause delays if the paving contractor has to stop due to parked vehicles is in the way.
